Andrew began his FMCG focused career working for Heinz and then moved into the music industry with Polydor. He spent several years in the pub and restaurant industry working as an Area Manager for Allied Domecq Inns, Punch Taverns and the Magic Pub Company, where he was a member of the team responsible for the development of the Hungry Horse brand.
He has always been dedicated to the improvement of customer experience and was instrumental in introducing NVQ level customer service to staff in over 1,500 pub outlets. It is this background that allows Ntouch to specialise in customer service in the food, drink and retail sectors.

Caroline has extensive experience in the luxury retail industry including 5 years as Head of Customer Service at Harrods, as well as similar roles at Jessops and the Spirit Pub Group where she set up a fully functioning and award winning 50-seat call centre in just 13 weeks!
Since joining the Ntouch board 2 years ago, Caroline has consulted on several major projects with Weight Watchers, Twinings and Aurum (Goldsmiths, Mappin & Webb and Watches of Switzerland).

She’s the heart and soul of the friendly, caring and helpful service Ntouch promote and as a long standing employee of Ntouch, Holly helps to ensure that the company’s ethos of providing both top quality service and output for our clients is upheld.
